Responsible to cover multiple locations and must have flexible schedule daily. Responsible for discussing delinquent accounts with patients via phone and in person, working with attorneys on District Court cases, and working with collection agencies in accordance with McFarland Clinic's customer service standards. Some court appearances required. Duties include being responsible for own assigned work list, patient reports, handling and counseling patients and auditing accounts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent customer service skills required Experience One year work experience required Insurance background with some CPT and ICD9 knowledge helpful |
